Important Message Regarding MAX Support Service Disruptions


Attention Customers:

In the next few days, the MAX support team will be participating in company meetings and the SPARK 2018 User Conference.  You may experience a delay in response to your support requests due to these events.  Please note the following closed period where no service will be available and limited coverage times where service may be delayed:

      •   Wednesday February 21stg- Closed
      •   Thursday February 22nd -  Limited coverage
      •   Friday February 23rd - Limited coverage

In addition, the support phone line will also see some disruption in service during the following times:

  • Wednesday February 15th
  • Monday February 19th
  • Tuesday February 20th
  • For emergencies dial 0 for an operator to assist you.  For non emergencies, use the customer portal to log new support requests or add details to existing requests.
