In the maintenance of the request type, I am able to activate the setting 'Back office'. What will this setting do ?
This setting indicates that the request type can also be used in Exact Globe 2000, in the module e-CRM where the requests are defined as communications. In Exact Globe 2000 it is not possible to create a new request type, so you can only use the (predefined) 'Back office' request types.
Using the integrated scenario (one database) between e-Synergy and Exact Globe 2000, the request types are visible in both modules.
