Product Update 417: P16 VAT return box available for JPK_FA audit files (Polish legislation)

The P16 return box has been made available for the JPK_FA audit files for the Polish legislation. The P16 return box is of the Sales basis type, and with “JPK_FA P_16” as its description.

The P16 return box can be linked to the VAT codes via the VAT boxes tab in the VAT codes screen (accessed via System ➔ General ➔ Countries ➔ Tax codes).

Once the P16 return box has been linked to a VAT code, the value of the return box will be reflected in the sales invoice as follows:

In addition, the value of the <P_16> tag in the generated audit file will be defined as True when the P16 return box has been linked to a VAT code.

Note: The P16 return box has to be linked manually to the VAT codes. The return box will not be automatically included in the list of the VAT boxes of the existing or newly created VAT codes.
