How-to: Resolving issues with runtime error 481: Invalid picture
Introduction
The purpose of the hotfix installation is to support the cumulative update rollup for Visual Basic 6.0 Service Pack 6 Runtime Extended Files in Exact Globe for all versions below product update 397. For more information, see Error 481: Invalid Picture and Visual Basic 6.0 Service Pack 6.

The information in this document is based on product update 397. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I download Hotfix.zip?
- Go to HotFix.zip and download the file. Extract the mscomctl.OCX file to your local machine.
- Then, copy the mscomctl.OCX file.
- Next, go to C:\Windows\system32 and paste the mscomctl.OCX file in the folder.
- Click Yes or Yes to All to proceed with the overwrite process.
