Product Update 243: Additional Columns in HRM Search Screen Can Be Sorted

Introduction

In Exact Synergy Enterprise, the people search screen is used extensively especially the human resource department whereby they would want to search for employees, applicants, vacancies, and others. Previously, only the ID column can be sorted. In this product update, various columns such as city, country, division, and other columns can be sorted.

What has been changed

You can sort the following columns in ascending or descending order:

  • Birthday
  • City
  • Contract end date
  • Country
  • Division
  • FTE
  •  Job title
  •  Job level
  • Last name
  • Manager
  • Name
  • Postcode

However, only one column can be sorted at a time. The column that was the last to be sorted will be remembered by the system and the column will remain sorted the next time you view the screen. If you click the  Export: Excel icon, the result of the column that was sorted will be reflected in Microsoft Excel.
