Introduction

With an established connection to the back office application, it is possible to retrieve certain reports from Exact Globe to be viewed in Exact Synergy Enterprise. You can view a sales invoice, sales order, quotation, and others that have been created in Exact Globe in detail.

In this enhancement, you can enable access to back office reports pertaining to your account’s quotations, sales invoice, and sales orders from your account card with ease.

What has been changed

• At the Settings: Card – Customize screen, the Sales orders, Quotations, and Sales invoice check boxes have been added under the Monitor section. Once selected, the options will appear at Account card under the Monitor section. See the following sample screen:

• At Account card under the Monitor section, when you select the Sales invoice, Sales order, or Quotation option, you will be able to access the relevant back office reports with an established connection to the back office application, the debtor code of the account, and by connecting to the division that you belong to. See the following sample screen:

Note: To view the back office reports, Function rights 729 – View back office reports is required.
