Product Updates 412, 411 and 410: Ability to delete VAT returns and EU sales lists sent via Digipoort (Dutch legislation)

It is now possible to delete a VAT return and/or EU sales list depending on the status of the message that is sent to Digipoort.

Based on the status of the return via System ➔ General ➔ Returns ➔ Send via Digipoort, the Delete button at Finance ➔ VAT / Statistics ➔ Value added tax and Finance ➔ VAT / Statistics ➔ EU sales list may or may not be enabled.

The following table displays an overview of the availability of the Delete button:

For your convenience, the status of the return that is sent via System ➔ General ➔ Returns ➔ Send via Digipoort, is now also displayed at Finance ➔ VAT / Statistics ➔ Value added tax and Finance ➔ VAT / Statistics ➔ EU sales.

In the new column Submission status, you can instantly see the status of the sent return.

 

The status displayed in the Submission status column corresponds with the status in the Status column at System ➔ General ➔ Returns ➔ Send via Digipoort.

This change is also applicable to Exact Compact.
