You can adjust the expiry date of an entitlement on this page.
To modify historical entitlements, function right 892 — Allows to update entitlement expiry date is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Click this to exit.
Click this adjust the expiry date of the entitlement.
Type or select the division to define the division of the employee. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Type or select the person to define the name of the employee. Once you have selected a person, you can view the details of the person by clicking the hyperlink displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Select an option from the list of request types available for the entitlement, which can be pre-defined by selecting the Absence check box under the Planning section, and Monthly or Yearly at Buildup under the Entitlements section in the Actions tab on the Workflow: Request type page. This page can be accessed via Modules ? Workflow ? Setup ? Requests ? Request types. For more information, see Creating and modifying request types - Actions tab.
Type or select the start and end dates of the entitlement.
Select either Statutory or Non-statutory to define the type of entitlement.
Type the expiry period and select week(s), month(s), or year(s) to adjust the expiry period of the entitlement. This is mandatory.
