Issue

When creating a credit invoice (menu path ) an invoice code has to be selected on which the credit invoice will be created. When selecting the invoice code the following information message can appear: 'No invoice codes found matching the criteria.'.

Solution

This message can be resolved by going to the masterdata of invoice codes in the sales menu (menu path ) and check the desired invoice code for credit invoices. The invoice type has te be set on 'credit invoice'. If this is not the case, the above mentioned message will appear.
