Product Updates 415, 414, 413, and 412: SAF-T audit file version 1.04 introduced (Portuguese legislation)
Exact Globe Next now supports the latest version of the
SAF-T audit file, version 1.04.
The SAF-T audit file version 1.04 can be generated via
Finance ? Reports ? Audit
file.
In the Audit file screen, two new options, 1.02
and 1.04, have been added at Version, under the Criteria
section.
The 1.02 version can be selected to generate the older
version of the SAF-T audit file, whereas, the 1.04 version can be selected to
generate the latest version of the SAF-T audit file. By default, 1.04 is
selected. If an option has been previously selected at Version, the
option will remain as the default value until the next time the Audit file
screen is displayed.
In the XML SAF-T audit file, a few changes have been
incorporated to some existing XML tags. New XML tags and blocks have also been
introduced as well.
The following is the list of the XML blocks that will be
included in the SAF-T audit file when version 1.04 is selected:
