Baco tags are special tags used in Exact Synergy Enterprise that extracts information from the database. The extracted information can be used to create personalized printouts, e-mails, or documents. This can be done via mail merge document layouts that store the tags whereby you can perform single or bulk mail merge.
In this product update, additional baco tags are added in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
Go to Documents/Setup/Layouts/Mail merge, click New, and then click Help.

Note: You can view the VAT number in the merged document only if you have Function rights 153 – View restricted items in search. By default, only users with Role 1 – General manager, Role 11 – HR, or Role 12 – HR assistant have this function rights.
