Go to Finance ➔ Accounts payable ➔ Payables ➔ Aging analysis and click Additional criteria.
In this screen, you can define additional criteria to display the aging analysis report for creditors. For more information, see Generating creditor aging analysis report.
Select this check box to display only the total balance of all invoices per creditor within the specified age range. Once selected, the Creditor data and New page every creditor check boxes are disabled. Clear this check box to display the balance of individual invoices per creditor.
Select this check box to display each creditor on a new page.
Note: This check box is enabled only when the Summarize check box is cleared.
Type the minimum age to display the invoices with dates after the defined age. For example, if you specify 30, only invoices due after 30 days are displayed.
Note: This field is enabled only when the Show Amount not due check box is cleared.
Select this check box to display invoices which are already due, overdue, and not due yet. Clear this check box to display invoices which are already due and overdue.
Note: This check box is enabled if you have selected Due date at Age and Invoice date or Reporting date at Show by under the Criteria section.
Select this check box to include tax authorities in the report.
Select this check box to include additional creditor data such as the contact person, address, telephone number, country, bank account, Postbank account, credit line, and payment method in the report.
Select this check box to exclude the unknown creditors from the report.
Click this to exit.
