Product Update 243: Option to Generate 4-Weekly Absence and Cost Analysis Reports

Introduction

The system allows you to define the reporting periods on 4-weekly basis. If you are using the 4-weekly period reporting setup, it is important that the reports are generated for the same interval for analysis purposes. In this enhancement, a 4-weekly layout has been introduced to the absence and cost analysis report functionality.

Menu path

  • HRM/Reports/People/Absences
  • HRM/Reports/People/Cost analysis

What has been changed

  • A new 4-Weekly layout has been added to the Absence screen. Once selected, the report will display the relevant information in blocks of four weeks for the entire year. By default, the report displays the current year.



  • A new 4-Weekly layout has been added to the Cost analysis screen. Once selected, the report will display the relevant information in blocks of four weeks for 24 weeks.
