PU 503 | 502 | 501 (Globe+) and 424 (Globe): E-Invoice BIS 3.0 PINT format introduced (Japanese legislation)
Exact Globe+ has supported the Japanese Qualified
invoice system since product update 424. For more information, see PU 424
(Globe) and 502 | 501 (Globe+): Japanese Qualified Invoice System introduced
(Japanese legislation). To allow the exchange of electronic invoicing,
Japan has adopted the PINT format that uses Peppol BIS3.0. In this product
update, we introduced the PINT format for the Japanese debtors.
The
e-Invoice in the XML format is generated during the final phase of the invoice
processing if you have select the eInvoice check box in the
debtor maintenance screen or Print invoices screen.

When the invoice is processed, you can see the XML files (Invoice.xml
and Creditnote.xml) in the attachment.
We
introduced a new stylesheet “JPUBLExport.xsl” in the document settings. Go to System
> General > Settings > Documents settings. You will see this
stylesheet in the E-Invoice standard layout. You can also customise the layout.
For more information, see Documents settings.
You can then import the E-Invoice BIS 3.0 format
at Finance > Entries > Purchase if the conditions are met.
E-Invoice also supports the export and import of UBL Invoice BIS Billing 3.0
for sales invoices and sales credit notes.
