Fulfillment through CSSDKFuncProcess.SDKSalesOrder.Fulfillment doesn't check stock

When trying to fulfill a sales order for which there is insufficient stock, the entire order can be fulfilled through the SDK. Why is this?

Due to conflicting interests with the stock check, this was made opt in for SDK solutions. To enforce stock and location checks, set the property oFulfillment.ForceValidate to True.
