Product Update 243: Easy Tracking of Requests with Pending Remarks

Introduction

The request overview displays requests related to entities such as a project, person, an account, and others. With this enhancement, you can view requests that you have remarked to other people. This allows you to keep track of requests that are still pending for remarks from other people and give gentle reminders to the respective person if required.

What has been changed

The enhancement is detailed in the following:

• The Exclude: Remarks check box will be replaced with a field named Remarked requests.
• At Remarked requests, you can select Only show request remarked to others to display only requests that the person has remarked to others or Do not show request remarked to others to display requests that are not remarked to anyone. Otherwise, you can leave the option blank to display all requests in the workflow of the person.
• This function is available only if you have selected Workflow at Involvement.
