  • Participate in various steps in the process flow of a request. You can conveniently assign the role for each step to a group of people with a certain role instead of individuals.
  • Edit documents with the required role for editing. To ensure that the users can still edit the documents without the required role, you can assign the ownership of a document to a Business user.
The viewing rights of Business users to requests via account cards are determined by the security levels assigned to the users only. As a result, Business users like account managers will be able to obtain an overview of all requests linked to the accounts that they manage.
