The tax authorities in Spain only accept files with a maximum of 1,000 registries. If the total number of registries exceeds 1,000, the registries have to be divided into different files, whereby each file can only contain a maximum of 1,000 registries.
In this product update, a maximum of 1,000 registries will be exported in a single file. If there are more than 1,000 registries, multiple files will be exported. The default file name at File name (go to Invoice à Statistics à Intrastat, select a file, and then click Start) will be ESYYMMDD_Z.txt with prefix ES, followed by YY, MM, and DD (whereby YY is year, MM is month, DD is date). This is followed by Z, which will be an incremental digit that starts from “1”. For example, ES120116_1.txt.
