Release 372: "Total in written text" now support three digit fractions

Background

Prior to release 372, invoice layout will round off the written text to two decimal places only. This is very critical to the customers who use all Dinar currencies such as Bahraini Dinar, Iraqi Dinar and others since the customers want the amount in figures to be exactly the same with the amount in written text.

What has been changed

New database field known as "Total in written text (3 digit fractions)" has been exposed to the layout editor.

User now can select this property for currencies that requires three decimal places. When generating the layout the amount in written text will now reflect the correct currency precision.

Important note :

• Total in written text (3 digit fractions) field is available for middle east legislation only.
• User must ensure layout description is set to English while editing the layout.

  • Cash Flow - Payment
  • Cash Flow - Payment specifications
  • Cash Flow - Receipt
  • Logistics - Invoice
  • Logistics - Direct Invoice
  • Logistics - Giro collection slip
  • Logistics - Confirmation
  • Logistics - Quotation
  • Logistics - Delivery notes
