You can define the printer to be used to print certain forms. With this, different printers can be used to print different forms.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 411 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Select the form for which you want to change the printer settings.
Select one of the options to specify the format output of the printout.
Note: In these sections, you can define the form printer settings for the final and trial print.
Select the printer to be used.
Select the paper source to be used. The options available for selection depend on the printer that you are using.
Select the paper size to be used.
Type the preferred top, under, left, and right margins for printing.
Click this to enable the fields so that the printer settings for the selected form can be defined. Once the settings have been defined, click Save to save the changes, or Cancel to cancel the changes made.
Click this to restore the settings for the selected form to the default state.
Click this to apply the changes and exit.
Click this to exit without applying the changes.
