It is possible to view the default Exact reports and the ones you have created. This menu path is available only when E-Report is available in your license. In order to use this functionality, you have to install the Crystal Reports software.
The information in this document is based on product update 410. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Start Click this to generate the selected report. The report will be shown on a new screen. Before the report is displayed, you need to define the required criteria.
Change Click this to modify the selected report. When modifying a report that you have created, the report will open in Crystal Reports. When modifying a default Exact report, you will see a warning message first.
Here you can select whether you want to modify the original report or create a copy of it. By creating a copy of the report, the original report would not be modified.
Reports Click this to select the reports you want displayed.
Delete Click this to delete a report. Note: Deleted reports cannot be undone. Only reports with type User can be deleted.
New Click this to create a new report.
Close Click this to exit.
