Introduction

This document lists the currently known issues or point of interest for Exact PDF Generator.

Description

There is a customer workstation (Windows 7) that failed to register e4slprn.dll and all the text is gone from menu when open Globe. However, when placing the old e4slprn.dll into bin folder, the text shown properly in menu again.
Not all the Chinese, Japanese and Korean fonts (CJK fonts) are supported. System crashes when printing using layout with CJK fonts, for example MSMincho, SimSun, etc.
Not all the font styles (i.e. Bold, Italic, Underlined) are supported for all font types. For example, when the windows font (i.e. Lucida Console) has no font style of Bold and Italic, if user defines to have the font with Bold and Italic style in layout, the PDF generated will not have the font with Bold and Italic style.
8-bits bitmap image file stream is not supported.
When printing frame with different line of height (mm) and line of width (mm), the frame printed in PDF file will always be one size. For example, if I create a frame with line of height (1mm) and line of width (3mm), the frame will be printed with both line of height and line of width in 3mm, same size.
Some of the barcode fonts are not supported. System crashes when printing using layout with certain barcode fonts, for example Code-39-20, etc.
