How-to: Generating reports for hour sheets

Introduction

This report displays the data for the hour sheet and it uses "Hour sheet subreport.rdl" as the subreport.

Requirements and prerequisites

To be able to generate reports, users must ensure the following:

How do I generate reports for hour sheets?

  1. On the Reporting services integration: Management page, select the relevant report. For more information, see Configuring a report parameter – Reporting services integration.
  2. Select the Parameters tab to configure the respective parameters, as displayed in the following: 
     
  3. To add or view the report on a project card as a web part, select the Show as web part check box, as displayed in the following:

     
  4. Click Save to save the defined parameters and click View to see the report. The following is an example of the report:
