Improvements Exact Globe Next February 2015

409	For the ING payment file, the correct tag was missing when no BIC code was defined for the bank accounts.
409	It was not possible to finalise a traditional VAT return.
409	An error occurred when fulfilling multiple internal orders.
409	Enhancement in function rights for payroll transactions.
408	The XML file for make items with BOM was not created correctly.
409	Error when importing a CAMT.053 file solved.
409	Error while entering sales order solved.
408	Order lines were incorrectly allocated during Auto-enrichment when the total free stock is lower than the total allocated stock.
409	When entering an invoice for a purchase order the number of payments terms wasn't correctly copied from purchase order.
409	The sales price wasn't applied correctly for a price list with markup.
