How-to: Generating reports for scheduled and worked hours

Introduction

With this report, the management will be able to see if an employee has registered his full schedule. This report shows the employee's total scheduled working hours, total hours planned, and the total hours entered.

Requirements and prerequisites

To be able to generate reports, users must ensure the following:

How do I generate reports for scheduled and worked hours?

  1. On the Reporting services integration: Management page, select the relevant report. For more information, see Configuring a report parameter – Reporting services integration.
  2. Select the Parameters tab to define the respective parameters, as displayed in the following:


  3. To add or view the report on a project card as web part, select the Show as web part check box.
  4. Click Save to save the defined parameters and click View to see the report. The following is an example of the report:
