The Document screen is displayed once the icon at the Layout field is clicked.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in the overview are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information on how to customize the displayed columns, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to search for a document layout based on the search criteria.
Click this to clear the search criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 5, then 5 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 5 rows listed, you will see the Previous and Next buttons.
Click this to return to the previous screen.
Click this to go to the next screen.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type a full or partial document code to search for the document layout. The document is based on the document defined at document settings (go to System ➔ General ➔ Settings ➔ Document settings, click on the icon at Letter under the HRM section, select a document, and then click Open).
Type a description or part of it to search for a document layout that matches this description. The description is based on the Subject defined when saving the document in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
Click this to select a document layout that you want to use.
Note: This button is enabled only if a document layout is selected.
Click this to view or modify a document layout.
Click this to create a new document layout.
Click this to exit.
