System Settings are important and must be defined accordingly with relevant information that complies within the internal company's business processes and that complies with the external government legislation. Basic master information are setup and defined accordingly for each modules of Exact Globe. Prior specifications of System Settings are mandatory and must be defined before Exact Globe can be implemented to the end users.
Not only company information are setup, but Financial, Logistics, HR & Security and General System Settings are also defined. Besides these, Settings for each corresponding modules such as the Item Data Settings, Order Settings, Document Settings, General Ledger Settings, Number Settings, Bank Settings, Invoice Settings, Purchase Settings, Manufacturing Settings, Payroll Settings, Project Settings, POS Settings, XML Server Settings, Intrastat Settings are defined prior to using Exact Globe functionality properly.
These settings are described separately, one document for one menu path settings, giving definition of use and meaning of fields maintained in each Settings menu path.
Numeric field for input of Company Code. This is the Company Code of the company being administered, which is a separate entity by itself. This is your own organization's Company Code.
Numeric field with lookup button for selection of Company's Account. Selecting this displays the selected Company's Account Number. This is your own organization's Company Account Number.
Character field for input of Company Name. This is the Name of your own organization's Company Name, as registered with the Registrar of Companies.
Free text field for input of Company's Address. This is your own organization's Company Address lines. Three Address lines are available for input of complete address details. This field supports both numeric and character.
Alphanumeric field for input of Post code. This is the Area Postal Code; the location code of the Company. This is your own organization's Area Postal Code.
Character field for input of City of where the Company is situated. This is your own organization's situated city.
Alphanumeric field with lookup button for selection of State / Province Code. This is your organization's situated State or Province.
Alphanumeric field with lookup button for selection of County Code. This is your own organization's situated Country Code.
Numeric field for input Telephone number. This is your own organization's Company Telephone number.
Numeric field for input of Fax number. This is your own organization's Fax number used for facsimile services for internal and external transfer of documents.
Numeric field for input of Telex number. This is your own organization's Telex number, used for telegraphic transfer of fund within different geographical area.
Free text field for input of Web Address. This is your own organization's Web site Address, URL address of your Company's Home page.
Free text field for input of Company's contact person. This is would be the first level contact person / representative to your own organization.
Alphanumeric field for input of Value Added Tax number. This would be the VAT number used by your own organization as registered with the Tax Authority for paying and claiming of VAT tax.
Alphanumeric field for input of Income Tax number. This is your organization's Income Tax Number as registered with the Tax Authority.
Numeric field with lookup button for selection of Bank Account Number. This is your organization's Bank Account Number.
Alphanumeric field for input of Chamber of Commerce Number. This is your organization's Chamber of Commerce number as registered with the Country's Chamber of Commerce Body.
Character field for input of Chamber of Commerce City. This is where the registered Chamber of Commerce city situated.
