Product Update 403: New function right View logbook information introduced

For those with the function right View logbook information, it is now possible to view and keep track of information changed by a user.

New function right added

• A new function right, View logbook information, has been added to the General category under the Rights menu in the overview of user rights.  

• This function right is applicable to the sales order, RMA entry, order confirmation, order print/process, recurring sales order, recurring sales order/print/process, blanket sales order, blanket sales order confirmation, sales order history, service order, service order confirm, service order slips, service order history, purchase order, RTV, purchase order/RTV print/process, purchase order to be printed, purchase order/RTV conformation, blanket purchase order, blanket purchase order print/process, purchase order history, quotation, quotation authorization, quotation print/process, quotation history (report), settings, numbering rules, external numbering rules, security roles, maintain cash register, and maintain cash instruments functionalities.

• For users without function right View logbook information, the Logbook button will be disabled.

Keep in mind:

• The function right View logbook information is not assigned by default to new users.
• For the external numbering rules, the Use external numbering check box must be selected under the General section at the Number settings screen.
