Creating and maintaining items - Analysis tab

The information of an item is divided into the Basics, Purchase/Sales, Financial, Activity, Inventory, Serial/batch, Manufacturing, Doc

Information about an item is divided into several categories. Each category is represented by a tab. You can use these tabs to define specific attributes about an item. The tabs are:

Fields

Warehouse

Select the warehouse to display statistics of the item belonging to the selected warehouse. By default, All is selected to display statistics of items belonging to any warehouse.

Financial year

By default, the current year is selected to display the logistics information for all periods of the selected year. However, you can select another year to display the logistics information of the selected year.

Analysis section

The Analysis field displays the quantity and amount sold and purchased, the quantity resulting from budgeted sales, and the amount of planned sales (budgeted sales) for each period of the selected year.

Totals section

This section displays the total quantity and amount sold and purchased, the total quantity resulting from budgeted sales, and total amount of planned sales (budgeted sales) for the selected financial year.

New Budget

Click this to create a new budget for the item.
