Budgeted depreciation is the expected amounts of depreciation for the asset for a set period of time taking into account the residual value of the asset. If the budgeted depreciation was not calculated the moment an asset was registered, then the budgeted depreciation can be calculated for the registered asset by clicking on Calculate at Assets/Assets/Maintain.
Go to Assets/Assets/Maintain, select an asset and click Calculate. Click OK to continue the calculation or Cancel to cancel the calculation. Clicking OK will calculate the budgeted depreciation.
