In Exact Globe Next, you can generate a report that displays all invoices that have been processed as well as the details of the invoices such as the invoice date, invoice debtors, total amount of the items invoiced, and more. Invoices that have not been processed will not be included in this report.
You can filter the invoices that you want to display in the report by defining one or more of the following criteria. A report with the invoices that match the defined criteria will be generated when you click Start. A list of options will be displayed if you click at Order, Debtor, or other fields. From the list, select an option and click Select.
Select Representative to generate a report for invoices by the resource defined in the invoice header, or select Resource to generate a report for invoices by the resource defined in the invoice line.
Type or select a date range to generate a report for invoices processed within the selected date range. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices processed on any date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will generate a report for invoices processed on and after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will generate a report for invoices processed on and before the selected date.
Type or select a date range to generate a report for invoices of sales orders created within the selected date range. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices of sales orders created on any date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will generate a report for invoices of sales orders created on and after the selected date. Typing or selecting only the end date will generate a report for invoices of sales orders created on and before the selected date.
Type or select the external number or range of external numbers to generate a report for invoices with the selected external number(s). External numbering is required for most type of transactions and must meet the legal requirements of the country. Each country has its own predefined external numbering format. Only one external number is assigned to a document or invoice and is assigned on the actual transaction, which is during the printing of the invoice. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices with any external number.
Note: This is available only if you have selected the Use external numbering check box in Number settings at System ➔ General ➔ Settings.
This refers to our reference number. Type or select the Our ref. number (internal reference number) or range of Our ref. numbers to generate a report for invoices with the selected Our ref. numbers. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices with any Our ref. number.
Type or select the sales order number or range of sales order numbers to generate a report for invoices of the selected sales orders. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices of all sales orders.
Type or select the selection code or range of selection codes to generate a report for invoices with the selected codes. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices with any selection code.
Type or select the resource ID or range of resource IDs to generate a report for invoices handled by the selected resources. This is the resource specified in the sales invoice header or line (depending on the selection in the Display section). By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices that were handled by all resources.
Note: This is disabled if the All check box is selected.
Type or select the debtor ID or range of debtor IDs to generate a report for invoices received by the selected debtor(s). By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices received by all debtors.
Type or select the debtor classification or the range of debtor classifications to generate a report for invoices of debtors with the selected classification(s). By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices of debtors with any classification.
Type or select the country or range of countries to generate a report for invoices of debtors in the selected countries. By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices of debtors in all countries.
Type or select the item or range of items to generate a report for invoices with the selected item(s). By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices with any item.
Type or select the item group or range of item groups to generate a report for invoices with the selected item group(s). By default, the All check box is selected to generate a report for invoices with any item group.
Select a warehouse to generate a report for invoices belonging to the selected warehouse. Select All to generate a report for invoices belonging to any warehouse.
Select the layout of the report from the following options:
Select this check box if you want to view additional information of the debtors, orders, dates, items, or resources. This is dependent on the option you have selected at Layout.
In this section, select the type of invoice you want to display in the report. You can select more than one option. The following options are available:

For each debtor, the total number of invoices and the amount invoiced will be displayed in the Totals row. The amounts displayed in the Amount and Net columns in Totals are the total amount of the items invoiced before and after discount. The amount displayed in the % column in Totals is the total discount offered, calculated by dividing the difference of the amounts in the Amount and Net columns with the original amount (Amount column), and then multiplied by 100. At the end of the report, the total number of all invoices and the amount invoiced to all debtors will also be displayed.
