Besides that, you can also maintain the related projects or create a child project.
You can filter the projects that you want to display by defining one or more criteria. The projects that match the defined criteria are then displayed. A list of options will be displayed when you click at Budget scenario. From the list, make a selection and click Select.
Type or select a budget scenario to display the related project linked to this budget scenario. Leave this blank to display the related project linked to any budget scenario.
Select Parent, Children, or All to display the project and its parent or child, up to the level defined at Level.
Select 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 to display the project and its parent or child, as defined at Options, up to the defined level. The following is an example of the hierarchical structure of a parent-child relationship, and the corresponding automatically generated project codes.

Click this to create a child to this project. For more information, see Creating and maintaining projects.
Click this to edit the selected project.
Note: This is enabled only when you select a child project.
Click this to delete the selected project. A project can only be deleted if it is not linked to any child project.
After defining the search criteria, the projects that meet the defined criteria will be displayed.

The total of the financial summary of the listed projects will be displayed at the bottom of the overview.
