On this page, you can reserve items in sales orders or service orders.
The information in this document is based on product update 404.
Click this to insert notes for the selected item. For more information, see Creating and maintaining notes.
Click this to attach a new file or view the attached files of the selected item. For more information, see Overview of attached documents.
Click this to view the instruction(s) of the selected item. By default, the instruction displayed is based on the instruction defined for the item in the order lines in the Sales orders screen (go to Order à Entries à Sales orders, and then click Open or New), or service order lines in the Service orders screen (go to Service à Entries à Service orders, and then click Open or New).
This column displays whether the items in the sales or service order have been allocated (check box selected) or not (check box not selected).
This column displays the people who performed the allocations.
This column displays the fulfillment dates of the items in the sales or service order.
This column displays the codes of the items in the sales or service order.
This column displays the transaction types.
This column displays the order numbers of the sales or service order.
This column displays whether the sales or service order has been authorized (check box selected) or not (check box not selected).
This column displays the project codes of the sales or service order.
This column displays the quantities of items ordered.
This column displays the quantities of items that have been fulfilled.
This column displays the the quantities of items that have been received.
This displays the total costs of the items in the sales or service order.
This displays the people who are defined under the Full name column in the sales or service order lines.
Select a warehouse which has the stock that you want to allocate.
This column displays the fulfillment dates of the items.
Click this to insert notes for the selected purchase order or production order for the item selected in the Requirements section. For more information, see Creating and maintaining notes.
Note: This icon is enabled only if a production order or purchase order is selected from the overview (the Type column displays Free: Production order or Free: Purchase order).
Click this to attach a new document or view the documents that are attached to the production order or purchase order for the item selected in the Requirements section. For more information, see Overview of attached documents.
This column displays the types of items.
This column displays the order numbers of the items.
This column displays the codes of the items.
This column displays the warehouse selected in the Warehouse field.
This column displays the descriptions of the items.
This column displays the quantities of items ordered or available.
Click this to view the sales order or service order.
Click this to view the purchase order, production order, or interbranch transfer that is linked to the item selected in the Requirements section.
Note: This button is enabled only if an item in the Requirements section is selected, the selected item is allocated from a purchase order, production order, or interbranch transfer, and you have the menu rights to view the allocated order.
Click this to view the selected purchase order or production order.
Note: This button is enabled only if a purchase order or production order (the Type column displays Free: Production order or Free: Purchase order) is selected in the Free section.
Click this to allocate the selected items to the sales or service order.
Note: Allocate is enabled only if you have the To make stock/requirements allocations function right, and if the item has not been allocated or the item has not been fulfilled. The item can only be allocated if the quantity in the Ordered/Available column (in the Free section) is equal to or more than the quantity in the Ordered column (in the Requirements section).
Click this to undo the allocation.
Note: Unallocate is only enabled if you have the To make stock/requirements unallocations function right and if the item has been allocated (the Allocated column in the Requirements section displays a check mark) or the item has not been fulfilled.
Click this to exit.
