Go to Projects ➔ Projects ➔ Maintain projects and click the Activities tab in a project master card.
Click this to start searching for activities that meet the defined type and status.
Note: This is only available when you have saved a project.
Select this check box to display the activities by priority.
Select Children or Account to display the activities of the child projects or accounts linked to the project. Select None to display the activities of this project only.
Select one of the activity types to display activities with the corresponding type. The options available will depend on the activity types created at System ➔ General ➔ CRM ➔ Activity types. For more information, see Creating and maintaining activity types. Select All to view the activities of the project with any activity types.
Select Open, Approved, Rejected, Processed, Realized, or Draft to display activities with the corresponding status. Select All to view the activities with any status.
Click this to create an activity for the project.
Note: This is only enabled when you have saved a project.
Click this to edit the selected activity.
Click this to delete the selected activity.
