Manufacturing ➔ Statistics ➔ Production orders
In this screen, you can obtain an overview of all production orders. Key data for each production order, such as production order number, production order status, component items, end item, planned quantity, actual quantity and the difference between actual and planned quantity are displayed in the overview.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type or select a warehouse or a range of warehouses to display the production orders that are linked to the warehouse(s). Alternatively, select the All checkbox to display the production orders for all the warehouses.
Type or select an end date or a range of end dates to search for all the production orders that end or fall within the range. Alternatively, select the All checkbox to display the production orders for all the end dates.
Select one check box or more to display the production orders at different production stages, such as Open, Authorized, Rejected, Released, Printed, Finished, and/or Completed.
Type the number of decimal places to be shown in the quantity column that will be displayed in the statistics.
This section is displayed only if you have clicked Advanced.
Type or select a parent project to view all the component item orders, split production orders, or production orders under the selected parent project.
Note: This option is available only if you have the SE1400 - E-Project module and if the projects have been linked to the production orders.
Type or select a production order to view the specific order. Alternatively, select the All check box to display all production orders.
Type or select the start date or a range of start dates to search for all the production orders that begin or fall within the range. Alternatively, select the All checkbox to display the production orders for all start dates.
Type or select the item group or a range of item groups to obtain the production orders with the item group(s). Alternatively, select the All checkbox to display the production orders for all the item groups.
Type or select a production item to display the production orders with a demand for it. Alternatively, select the All check box to display production orders for all items.
Select the Active, Blocked, Discontinued, Inactive, and/or Future check boxes to display the production orders with the selected item statuses.
Click this to display the production orders based on the selected criteria.
Click Advanced to display the criteria in the Advanced and Item sections. Click Simple to hide the criteria in those sections.
Click this to exit.
