Advanced button for People planning section

Introduction 

This document provides you the information about the Advanced button in the People planning section of the overview of resource planning and tasks.

Menu paths 

• Projects ➔ Planning ➔ Resource planning
• Manufacturing ➔ Planning ➔ Resource planning 

Fields

Filter section

Project, Job groups, Resource, Assortment, Activity

Click Select to select one or more projects, job groups, resources, assortments, or activities to display the planning linked to the selection(s) in the overview.

•  - This indicates that none of the project, job group, resource, assortment, or activity has been selected.
• - This indicates that at least one project, job group, resource, assortment, or activity has been selected.

Planning: Status

Select one of the following options to display the planning with the corresponding status:

• Realized - Select this option to view the realized or completed planning.
• Incomplete - Select this option to view the incomplete or to be realized planning.
• All - Select this to view the both the realized and incomplete planning.

Budget scenario

Type or select a budget scenario to display the planning linked to the budget scenario.

Show: Weekend

Select this check box to display the planning on weekends.

Show: Details

Select this check box to display the details of the planning.

Show: Activity

Select this check box to show a column which states the activity or account linked to the planning.

Buttons

OK

Click this to save your selection and exit the screen.

Close

Click this to exit the screen without saving.
