When you are maintaining your accounts in Exact Globe Next, you can group the accounts based on their sizes which reflect the number of your employees.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type a unique code for the new size. You can type up to 10 alphanumeric characters for this code. After saving the code, you can no longer edit it. For examples, you can type P001 to define a company consisting of one employee and P004 to define a company consisting of two to four employees.
Type a description for the new size or edit the description for the existing size that has been selected. For examples, descriptions can be one employee, 2 – 4 employees, 5 – 9 employees, and other descriptions defining the number of employees in a company.
You can type the description of a size in a maximum of five languages. These languages are set via System ? General ? Settings ? General settings under Descriptions in list boxes. In this example, you would type the description in Dutch under Description NL, French under Description FR, Spanish under Description ES, and German under Description DE. The invoice will not be processed if Trial is selected. The invoice is only processed if Final is selected.
