You can generate a report on items by going to Inventory/Items/List or Order/Items/List. The report contains information on items such as sales price, item group, main supplier, status, cost price, and percentage of the markup. You can use this report to obtain an overview of items and the details of supply.
You can filter the items that you want to display. To search for items, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Start. The items that match the defined criteria are then displayed.
Type or select a warehouse or range of warehouses to display the items that are linked to the warehouse. Select the All check box to display items for all warehouses.
Type or select an item code or range of item codes to display the items. Select the All check box to display all items.
Type a full or partial description to display the items that match the description. Select the All check box to display all items.
Type or select the creditor number to display the items supplied by the creditor. Select the All check box to display items for all creditors.
Select the assortment(s) to display items linked to the selected assortment(s).
Note: The number of Assortment boxes depends on the settings defined at System/General/Settings, under Item data settings or Inventory/Items/Assortments. You can define up to 10 assortments.
Type or select the date or range of dates to display items that are active beginning from the selected date. Select the All check box to display items for any dates.
Note: Typing or selecting only a date will display the items that are active on and after the selected date.
Select the required status to display the items at different stages of a product life cycle such as Active, Blocked, Discontinued, Future and/or Inactive. You may select more than one.
Select the required type to display the items that are classified into item types, such as Standard, Labor hour, Machine hour, Bulk issue, Phantom, and/or Contract. You may select more than one.
Click Start to generate a preview of the items report. After you click Start, you will see the Report screen. You can proceed to print the report by clicking on the Print button at the bottom of screen.
Click Close to exit.
