Viewing graph summary

Introduction

This screen is displayed when you click the Graph button.

Fields 

Group by

Select one of the following to group the creditor’s financial data accordingly: 

Comparison

Select one of the following to compare the creditor’s financial data accordingly: 

• None
• Budget
• Previous year
• All

Note: When you select Budget, the Budget scenario box is available. Type or select a budget scenario to display and compare the creditor’s budgeted and actual financial data. Clicking the Graph button from different locations will display different sets of options: 

• When you are at item maintenance, only None and Budget are displayed.
• When you are at the general ledger cards, only None and Previous year are displayed. 

Trendline

Select this check box to show the trend lines in the graph. 

Scale

Select one of the following to display the scale for x-axis accordingly: 

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Yearly 

Date

Type or select the start date, end date or both to display the creditor’s financial data that start and end within that period. Alternatively, select the All check box to display all financial data.

Buttons

Start

Click this to generate the overview which comprises six or seven Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. 

Note: The overview of the creditor’s financial data may vary according to your selection criteria. 

Close

Click this to exit.
