You can generate a report of serial/batch numbers by going to Inventory ➔ Serial/batch ➔ List. The report contains information on serial/batch numbers such as serial or batch number, the start and end dates for which the serial or batch number is valid, and the status of the serial/batch number. You can use this list to track the serial/batch number status and period of validity.
You can filter the serial/batch numbers that you want to display. To display the serial/batch numbers, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Start. The serial/batch numbers that match the criteria you have entered are then displayed.
Select Serial numbers or Batches to display the serial numbers or batch numbers respectively.
Type or select a serial/batch number or range of serial/batch numbers to display the serial/batch number(s) details such as item, item description, start date and end date. Select the All check box to display all serial/batch numbers.
Type or select an item code or range of item codes to display the serial/batch numbers for the item(s). Select the All check box to display the serial/batch numbers for all items.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date in the left box will display the serial/batch numbers that start on or after the selected date. However, typing or selecting the start date in the right box will display the serial/batch numbers that start on or before the selected date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the end date in the left box will display the serial/batch numbers that end on or after the selected date. However typing or selecting the end date in the right box will display the serial/batch numbers that end on or before the selected date.
Type or select a lot number or a range of lot numbers to display the serial/batch numbers for items with the lot number(s). Select the All check box to display the serial/batch numbers for all lot numbers.
Select Date, Serial number, or Item to display the serial/batch numbers by the start and end dates, serial number, or item code in ascending order.
Select the required option(s) to display serial/batch numbers in different statuses.
Select the All check box to display the serial/batch numbers for all statuses.
Select the Lot number check box to display the serial/batch numbers with the lot number.
Click this to generate a preview of the serial/batch numbers report. After you click Start, the List screen will be displayed. You can proceed to print the report by clicking the Print button found at the bottom of the screen.
