Creating and maintaining hour items - People tab

Introduction

You will see this screen by clicking the People tab in the hour item maintenance screen. For more information, see Creating and maintaining hour items. In this tab, you can obtain an overview of people linked to the hour item.

Fields

Note: It is possible that not all columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.

People section

 Add

Click this to link a person to the item.

 Add: All

Click this to link everyone at once to the item.

 Edit

Click this to edit the purchase information for the selected person.

Note: This is enabled only when you select a person.

 Delete

Click this to remove the selected person from the item.

Note: This is enabled only when you select a person.

 Project card

Click this to open the maintenance screen of the project linked to the item.

Note: This is enabled only when you select a person.
