If your business involves export and import activities within the European Union (EU), you can register your trade statistics based on the INTRASTAT system. INTRASTAT is the system for collecting statistics on the physical trade of goods among the member countries of EU.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 407 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” icon are mandatory.
Select this check box to define the necessary settings for registering import statistics in your administration. You need to register the statistics of imports from other EU members if the amount exceeds the threshold value. The threshold value is set differently by the statistics authorities of each EU member country.
Select this check box to define the necessary settings for registering export statistics in your administration. You need to register the statistics of exports to other EU members if the amount exceeds the threshold value. The threshold value is set differently by the statistics authorities of each EU member country.
When you select any of the check boxes, INTRASTAT statistical number will be displayed. Under the Number columns in both the Item code and Item group tables, press F2 to search and select the statistical number for every item code and item groups in the INTRASTAT statistical number screen. Click Save to save all the statistical numbers you have entered or Close to exit.
