Inventory ➔ Reports ➔ Stock positions
You can generate an overview of stock positions in this screen. The overview contains information on the quantities of items in a warehouse within a specific period of time, including information about the quantity to be delivered, quantity to be received, available stock and current free stock.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 404 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Type or select the required warehouse to display all the items that are linked to the warehouse.
Type or select the date on which you want to generate the stock positions report. Select the All check box to generate the report until the most current date.
Type or select a supplier to display items from the supplier.
Select the required options to display item quantities in purchase units or sales units.
Select this check box to view the stock value as of the reference date.
Select this check box to view the current free stock.
Type the level of precision for all numerical values displayed in the stock position report.
Select this check box to include the Qty. to be rcvd., and Quantity to be delivered columns in the Stock positions screen. For optimal performance in generating stock positions report, clear this check box. By default, this check box is selected.
Type or select the item group or a range of item groups to display the specified item group(s). Select the All check box to display items for all item groups.
Type or select an item code or a range of items to display the items. Select the All check box to display all items.
Select the required option(s) to display items at different stages of a product life cycle such as Active, Blocked, Discontinued, Inactive, and/or Future.
Select the required options to display items with different attributes such as Sales, Stock controlled, Buy, and/or Make.
Select this check box to display items with zero stock balance.
Select this check box to display items with no previous inventory transactions.
Select this check box to display only the items with stock general ledger accounts.
Select the assortment to display the items linked to the selected assortment.
Note: The number of fields and names depend on the settings defined at System ? General ? Settings, under Item data settings.
Type or select a person to display the items which are managed by a specific planner. Select the All check box to display the items for all planners.
Click this to display the stock positions overview based on the selected criteria. For more information, see Stock positions reports.
Click Advanced to gain access to more selection criteria. Click Simple to collapse the advanced selection criteria.
Click this to exit.
