Creating and maintaining internal rates per job level

Introduction
This screen is displayed when 
Add: Job level is clicked in the Rates tab in the project maintenance screen. For more information, see Creating and maintaining projects - Rates tab and How-to: Managing internal and external rates of projects. In this screen, you can create or maintain an internal rate per job level.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 421 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features
explained here will not be applicable.
How do I add a job level for the project?
- In the Projects > Projects > Maintain
projects screen, define the search criteria.
- Select a project.
- Click Open.
- Click the Rates tab.
- Click
Add: Job level.
Keep
in mind: The Open button is enabled only if a
project is selected in the overview.
Fields
Job level
Type the job level for which you want to create
the internal rate.
Price
Type the price to be used for the internal rate
that will be assigned to the current people with the defined job level.
Buttons
Generate
Click this to generate the internal rate for the
current people with the same job level. Once generated, the Internal rate
field under the Project section in the Extra tab of the
corresponding person maintenance screen will be updated accordingly. For more information, see Creating and maintaining entries for people.
Close
Click this to cancel generating the internal rate and exit.
