Overview of user settings: Interface

Introduction
In this screen, you can change the
interface settings, such as the look and style of the texts, buttons, and grid
colors.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable
to product update 411 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain
features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I define the interface?
- In the System > General > User settings screen, click
the Interface tab.
- Define the fields in the screen.
- Click Save. The message “Changes will only take effect after
restarting the software” will be displayed.
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
- Click “X” on the company tab.
- Click the Open company tab.
- Select the company.
Fields
Text section
Font
Select the font type. The default font is Open
Sans.
Size
Type the font size. The default size is 8.25.
Text color
Select the text color.
Button section
Frame
Select the preferred frame surrounding all
buttons.
Icon
Select the preferred
position of the icon in the button. You can have it above or on the left of the
icon description.
Font
Select the preferred font type to be used
on the button. The default font is Open Sans.
Size
Type the preferred font size to be
used on the button. The default size is 8.25.
Grid colors section
Customise
Select this check box to customize the grid
colors.
Header background
Select a color for the background of the grid
header.
Header frame
Select a color for the frame of the header.
Row background color 1
Select a background color for row 1.
Row background color 2
Select a background color for row 2.
Grid lines: Horizontal
Select this check box to define a color for
the horizontal grid lines.
Grid lines: Vertical
Select this check box to define a color for
the vertical grid lines.
Example section
This section displays an example of how the
grids will be displayed based on the customization selected in the Grid
colors section. Click Refresh to display the changes you have made
in the Grid colors section.
Buttons
Restore defaults
Click this to undo any modifications and to
restore the default values.
Save
Click this to save all the modifications.
Close
Click this to exit.
