This screen is displayed when you click Additional criteria at any of these menu paths:
Note: The selection criteria will vary depending on the menu path you have selected.
Select the account status of the data displayed. You can choose from All, Active, Blocked, Inactive, Pilot, Reference or Passive. This status has been defined in the maintenance of debtors, creditors and employees.
Type or select the range of account classification codes to display the data. Select All for all classification codes. For more information, see Selecting classification.
Type or select the general ledger account number range to display the data. Select All for all account numbers. For more information, see Selecting general ledger account.
Type or select the due date range to display the data. Select All for all due dates.
Select In, Out or All to see the incoming, outgoing or all cash flows.
Type or select the bank account number to display the data. For more information, see Selecting cash instrument.
Type or select the currency code to display the data. For more information, see Selecting currency.
Select All, Domestic or Foreign payment to display the data. Payments is not available in every Additional criteria. It is only available in Cash flow ➔ Payments ➔ Authorize and Cash flow ➔ Payments ➔ Process.
Select Yes to view blocked items, No if you do not want to view blocked items and All to view both blocked and unblocked items.
Select this check box to display unprocessed transactions. Clear the check box to view only processed transactions.
Select No to exclude tax creditors (such as the tax authorities) from the overview, VAT return (Final) to include the data relating to VAT return (Final), or All to include all selections in the overview. Include tax creditors is not available in every Additional criteria screen. It is not available in Cash flow ➔ Miscellaneous ➔ Refund and Cash flow ➔ Miscellaneous ➔ Collection. For menu paths where it is available as a check box, select the check box to include tax creditors.
