In this screen, you can obtain an overview of internal use and interbranch transfer requests to be authorized. This document will describe how to obtain the overview of internal use requests to be authorized. For more information on how to obtain an overview of interbranch transfer requests to be authorized, see Authorizing interbranch transfer requests.
After creating an internal use request, you need to authorize it before it can be fulfilled. For more information, see Creating and maintaining internal use requests, or Creating and maintaining group internal use requests. Authorization is mandatory for internal use requests only if you select the Internal use check box under the Authorize section in Inventory settings at System ➔ General ➔ Settings. For more information, see Inventory settings.
You can filter the internal use requests that you want to display by defining one or more of the following criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed in each screen. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 rows will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons become available.
Click this to return to the previous list of results.
Click this to display the next list of results.
Select an issuing warehouse to display requests linked to this warehouse. Select All to display requests linked to any warehouse.
Select Internal use or Group internal use to display standard or group internal use requests respectively.
Note:
Type or select a cost center to display requests linked to this cost center. Select the All check box to display requests linked to any cost center.
Type or select an item to display requests linked to this item. Select the All check box to display requests linked to any item.
Type or select a resource to display requests linked to this resource. Select the All check box to display requests linked ot any request.
Select this check box to display requests created by all the subordinates of the selected resource, but not including the resource. If you select both this check box and the All check box beside Resource, the former setting will precede the latter.
Type or select a date or range of dates to display requests created on this date or within this period. Select the All check box to display requests created on any date.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start date will display requests that start on or after the selected date.
Type a number to display requests linked to transactions with our reference numbers that start with or contain this text.
Select the Open, Authorized, Rejected, and/or Fulfilled check boxes to display requests linked with this status. You may select more than one.
Type a number to display requests linked to transactions with your reference numbers that start with or contain this text.
After defining the search criteria, click Refresh. The requests that match the defined search criteria are then displayed.
Note: It is possible that not all columns are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to update the search results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to add a new note to the request or view an existing one. For more information, see Creating and maintaining notes.
Click this to attach a new document to the request or view an existing one. For more information, see Viewing attached documents.
Click this to view the general ledger transactions that are registered for the selected request.
Click this to display the material resource planning for the selected request. For more information, see Overview of MRP.
Click this to view and edit the item linked to the selected request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining items.
Click this to view and edit the project linked to the selected request. For more information see, Creating and maintaining projects.
Note: This button is enabled only if the selected request is linked to a project.
Click this to view and edit the requestor of the selected request. For more information, see Creating and maintaining resources.
Click this to change the authorization status of the selected request. Once clicked a confirmation screen will be displayed. Click Yes to continue authorizing the request or No to cancel.
Click this to reject the selected request. Once clicked a confirmation screen will be displayed. Click Yes to continue rejecting the request or No to cancel.
Click this to delete the selected request. Once clicked a confirmation screen will be displayed. Click Yes to continue deleting the request or No to cancel.

Click this to exit.
