Manufacturing ➔ Statistics ➔ Waste
Waste is the issue of material to the production order in excess of the quantities specified in the BOM. The BOM allows specifying a “Waste %”, which is called planned waste (Manufacturing ? Setup ? BOM). Planned waste is present on the production issue screen. It may also happen that the quantity of excess material is only determined when entering the production issue, which is called unplanned waste. In this screen, you can generate the overview of production waste for the required production orders.
