Go to System ➔ Logistics ➔ Incoterm, and click New to create a new Incoterm or Open to make changes to a selected Incoterm.
Free on Board (FOB), Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF), and others are International Commercial Terms (Incoterm). These terms are trademarks under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), registered with the European Union and elsewhere, and are protected by ICC copyright.
Type an Incoterm such as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Ex Quay (DCQ). This is mandatory. However, once saved, you will not be able to edit this field.
Type a description of the Incoterm. For example, the description of the Incoterm DDP would be “Delivered Duty Paid”.
Select this check box to activate the Incoterm.
Click this to add an Incoterm code to the Incoterm. Most Incoterm codes are based on locations.
Click this to make changes to a selected Incoterm code.
Click this to delete a selected Incoterm code. If for example, you select the Incoterm code BS and click Delete, a message “Delete: IncoTerm code – BS. Depending on the size of your company, this function may take a long time because all files will be checked. Delete?” will be displayed. Click Yes to delete or No to exit.
Click this to save an Incoterm.
Click this to create another Incoterm.
Click this to exit.
