Introduction 

In this tab, you can obtain the details of transactions and receipts linked to the item.

Fields

Transaction section

Type

Select Quotation, Sales order, Invoices, Sales order history, Invoice history, Production orders, Fulfillment, Purchase order, Blanket PO, or Blanket order to display transactions of the corresponding type.

Status

Select Open or All to display transactions of the corresponding status.

Date: From

Type or select a date or a range of dates to display transaction(s) created on the selected date(s).

Warehouse

Click Select to select a warehouse and display transactions linked to the warehouse. Click again to select another warehouse.

•   — This symbol indicates that a warehouse is not selected yet.
•  — This symbol indicates that at least one is selected.

Refresh

Click this to display the results based on the criteria defined in the Transaction and Receipts sections.

 Details

Click this to display the details of the selected transaction.

Note: This icon is enabled when you select a transaction.

Receipts section

Warehouse

Select a warehouse to display the details of the receipts belonging to the warehouse. Select All to display the details of the receipts belonging to any warehouse. By default, All is displayed.
